Advice for: Embarrasing Moments

-Don't think about it too much, but then again don't try to forget it. Thinking about it too much will only upset you, and trying to forget it will be harder because you're thinking about forgetting it so much that you are still thinking about it.

the point: don't think.

-It's probably happened to everyone so don't stress it too much. Shake it off, and move on.

the point: everyone will most likely not remember it years from now or even tomorrow, so why bother getting that bucket of ice cream and soap operas out?

-Don't complain about how bad your day went, (unless you need to vent for awhile, which is always good).

the point: start off each day fresh. As if nothing had every happened. This can help you from feeling dragged down.
